    Clara Celestino has a Bachelor from ISLA in Human Resources Management and Work Psychology, as well as a post graduation in Human Resources Management from INDEG-ISCTE.

    She started her professional career at General Electric as a Financial Controller, followed by a Human Resources Generalist role. After GE, she embraced a new challenge at L'Oréal Portugal for 11 years, where she had the opportunity to touch several areas inside Human Resources: from Diversity, Training & Development, Talent Management, Performance, Ethics, Organizational Change Projects Implementation, and Compensation to Benefits management.
    Since March 2012, Clara is at Microsoft Portugal as an HR Manager, having several responsibilities from Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, to Young Talent & Compliance, but also driving the strategic People Agenda and supporting different business segments in the company.

    Raised between the beach and the countryside, Soraia has a very relaxed but enthusiastic personality. Soraia's natural skills led her to study Communication, but it was her curiosity about human relations in the organizational context that made her follow the Human Resources Management studies. It was in Jason Associates that she had her first general experience in the HR world, developing projects in areas such as recruitment and selection and helping in the implementation of several internal HR programs.
    However, it was through several extra projects that Soraia discovered her passion for training. As a Learning Specialist in Sitel, she creates and delivers training mainly for Management level in areas such as Leadership, Managing Change, Emotional Intelligence and others.
